Passing the Torch
After 20 wonderful years, our founders, Carole & Ron DeRose, are retiring.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you for every smile, toast, and shared meal over the past two decades. We’re thrilled to share that Carmelo Navarrete—a familiar face and favorite server/bartender for nearly a decade—is now the proud new owner. A longtime Bend local, Carmelo is ready to carry on the La Rosa spirit you love while bringing fresh energy for the future.
