Welcome to LaRosa Online Ordering.
 We thank you for your support.

As we continue to work through this new model for restaurant life, our online ordering system has some limitations – PACING. Our system allows people to order and continue to order without regard to the number of orders received. And as hard as we push our programmers, they have not come up with viable solutions.  So, we have created a few work-arounds to best serve you.

Before placing your order, please observe the following:
  1. Timing is not exact.
    Since our meals are prepared to order, some menu items take longer than others. In addition, volume of orders can also cause some delays in the kitchen. Please know we are doing everything we can to get your orders completed as efficiently and deliciously as possible.

  2. Orders will be “Approved” / “Accepted” 30 minutes prior to the pickup time.
    At this point the system should send an email/text message stating that your order has been accepted. Orders are approved in the order that they are received.


  3. Orders requested for pick up during peak hours may be pushed.
    Online orders placed and requested for pickup during the 5-7 dinner rush, may receive a call/text from the restaurant adjusting your requested pickup time. 

  4. Online ordering is “down” or “unavailable.”
    This means that we have received a maximum number of online orders we are comfortable taking at that moment. We want to do our best to get your order to you in a reasonable time with the quality you have come to trust.

  5. Please call the restaurant to order if:
    1. You have detailed, special requests or substitutions on the order
    2. The online system is unavailable
    3. You hate ordering online. 

  6. Please keep instructions on orders simple.
    We are touched by the outpouring of support; the tickets however, go directly to the kitchen staff and they are finding the some orders difficult to read. Again, if you have special requests you might want to call in your order.
We feel blessed even to have these problems. Your continued support is felt every night and we love you all right back! We just want to be able to make the best food possible and meet your every expectation. We look forward to welcoming you all within our LaRosa home as soon as we are able.
